About lining

Choose any kind of internal lining for your Backyard Pod

You can be traditional or creative when it comes to the internal lining of your walls and ceiling inside your Backyard Pod.

Choose your own lining material and install it yourself or have your tradesperson do it for you. We can supply wall lining kits (extra noggins) to make the attachment of plasterboard and other sheeted materials to your wall frames much easier.

Some suggestions for internal lining materials:

  • Plasterboard with either square-set, corniced, or shadow-line finishes

  • VJ panelling (sold in sheets) stained or painted in any colour

  • Marine-grade plywood which forms a beautiful patina over time
