Example #2 – elevated granny flat in Oxenford, Gold Coast

At this property in Oxenford, northern Gold Coast, the small backyard was so steeply declining that to step off the back deck would be like stepping off a cliff. So when family circumstances meant that the homeowner needed a granny flat, it looked so impossible that it might have meant selling the property. That’s where Backyard Pods, with our network partners, was able to achieve the fully approved and certified granny flat at an extremely reasonable cost. The homeowner and occupant are delighted with the result.
